Twee aan elkaar grenzende parkeerplaatsen gelegen in een kleinschalige afgesloten parkeergarage in de Jacob Obrechtstraat, tussen Nicolaas Maesstraat en De Lairessestraat, midden in het Museumkwartier in Amsterdam Zuid. De parkeerplaatsen hebben een totale breedte van ca 4,30 m en een diepte van ca 4,50 m. De garage is toegankelijk via een automatische garagedeur met afstandsbediening. De parkeerplaatsen worden gezamenlijk aangeboden en zijn dus niet afzonderlijk te koop of te huur. De plaatsen zijn alleen geschikt voor auto’s met een maximale lengte van ca 4,50 m.

Zowel voor koopprijs als huurprijs geldt dat het een totaalprijs is voor beide parkeerplaatsen samen.

Voor verhuur geldt het volgende:

The parking spaces have a total width of approximately 4.30 m and a depth of approximately 4.50 m. The garage is accessible via an automatic garage door with remote control. The parking spaces are offered together and are therefore not for sale or rent separately. The places are only suitable for cars with a maximum length of approximately 4.50 m.

Both the purchase price and the rental price are a total price for both parking spaces together.

The following applies to rental:
– rental price is exclusive of VAT
– rental contract for at least 12 months
– deposit 1 month’s rent
